| Vậy Bần Đạo nhắc lại cho toàn cả Thánh Thể của Đức Chí Tôn và toàn con cái của Ngài nhớ rằng: Bần Đạo xin thuyết minh, gần mãn Hạ Nguơn tam chuyển, khởi đầu Thượng Nguơn tứ chuyển, mỗi một Nguơn, là 12 ngàn năm, 30 ngàn năm của đệ tam chuyển. | Thus, I remind all of the Divine Body of the Supreme Being and all of His children to remember that: I would like to explain, as we near the end of the Lower Cycle's (Hạ Nguơn) third transition and the beginning of the Upper Cycle's fourth transition, each Cycle is 12,000 years, 30,000 years of the third transition. |

| Long Hoa Hội là một ngày, một buổi khảo lựa của toàn thể các chơn hồn dầu quỉ vị hay là trong thần vị cũng vậy, định khoa mục của mình đặng lập vị thiêng liêng. | The Long Hoa Assembly is a day, a session of examination of all true souls, whether in the demonic realm or in the divine realm, to determine their rank and establish their sacred position. |
| Chúng ta hiểu rằng: mỗi chuyển tức nhiên là mỗi khoa mục, hễ cuối một chuyển tức nhiên Hạ Nguơn là ngày định vị của các đẳng linh hồn. | We understand that: each transition, that is, each examination, at the end of a transition, that is, the Lower Cycle, is the day of determining the position of the various levels of souls. |

| Bởi thế cho nên trong kinh của Đức Phật Mẫu có nói: Khoa mục của thiên vị lập vị của mình là kỳ Long Hoa Hội nầy, chúng ta đã chán biết thế thường hễ mình học, dầu giỏi hay dở mà tới ngày thi, tức nhiên là ngày điểm bài vở của chúng ta, dầu cho biết chắc mình đủ tài khoa mục, có đủ phần phước đậu đặng, nhưng bây giờ cũng lo ngại hồi hộp mà thôi. | That is why in the scriptures of the Buddha Mother, it is said: The examination for the heavenly positions, to establish one's position, is this Long Hoa Assembly. We are tired of knowing that in the ordinary world, whenever we study, whether we are good or bad, when the day of the exam comes, that is, the day of grading our work, even if we know for sure that we are capable of passing the examination, have enough merit to pass, we are still worried and anxious. |
| Toàn thể chúng sanh tức nhiên nhơn loại trên mặt địa cầu nầy, giờ phút nầy tinh thần họ chẳng khác gì một cá nhân kia vậy, họ phải lo sợ hồi hộp, không biết định phận đậu rớt thế nào và trong khoa mục ấy chúng ta có đậu hay chăng, chúng ta đã ngó thấy thiên hạ lo sợ hồi hộp, mà không lo sợ cái gì? | All sentient beings, that is, humanity on this earth, at this moment, their spirit is no different from that individual. They must be afraid and anxious, not knowing how their fate of passing or failing will be determined, and in that examination, will we pass or not? We have seen the world afraid and anxious, but what are they afraid of? |

There is a tumultuous scene that we have seen: mutual destruction and killing, wars and conflicts, natural disasters, calamities. But is there such an event? |
| Có chi lạ hơn là trát đòi hầu của Tòa Thiêng Liêng kia vậy. | Is there anything stranger than the summons to appear before the Divine Court? |
| Một cái quả kiếp nhơn loại dầu ở Á Đông hay Âu Châu cũng vậy, nếu chúng ta để tâm nghiên cứu, quan sát tận tường chúng ta ngó thấy cả hình luật quả kiếp luân hồi quyền năng vô đối của cảnh thiêng liêng hằng sống. | A karmic fruit for humanity, whether in East Asia or Europe, if we pay attention to study and observe in detail, we see the entire law of karmic retribution, the unparalleled power of the realm of eternal life. |
| Quyền thiêng liêng hằng sống đã cầm quyền như mặt Càn Khôn Vũ Trụ kia, chúng ta không mảy may gì sợ rớt và không mảy may gì bất công, giờ phút nầy chúng ta thấy ở Âu Châu sanh ra một trường biến loạn náo nhiệt, chưa biết có tránh khỏi trận giặc thứ ba nầy chăng? | The sacred power of eternal life has held power like the Universe; we have no fear of failing and no injustice. At this moment, we see in Europe a tumultuous scene of upheaval, we do not know if we can avoid this third war or not? |
| Rồi chúng ta xem lại lịch sử nhơn loại mà chúng ta thấy quả quyết họ trả quả báo một cách chánh đáng, kiếm lại coi đất Âu Châu là nòi giống Aria là nòi giống của Ấn Độ đã chiếm đoạt toàn diện. | Then we look back at the history of humanity and we see and affirm that they are paying their karmic debts in a just way. Let's look back and see the land of Europe, the Aryan race is the race of India that has completely conquered. |
| Dân bổn xứ, đoạt cả nước của người ta, sát hại không biết bao nhiêu sanh mạng, tấn tuồng có vay thì phải có trả. | The indigenous people, they seized the entire country of others, killed countless lives. The play has borrowing, so there must be repayment. |

| Tuy chúng ta đã ngó thấy, đừng ngó đâu xa, nước Việt Nam chúng ta đây cũng thế, bởi ngày định xử cuối cùng không sót một án tiết nào hết, phải trả mà thôi, trả đặng định phận cho nhơn loại mới được. | Although we have seen, do not look far away, our country of Vietnam is also like this. Because on the day of the Last Judgment, not a single detail is missed, it must be repaid. |
| Nếu không trả vốn lời nhơn loại không định phận được, thì tấn tuồng quỉ vị, Phật Vị bất công kia không phương gì định vị cho các đẳng chơn hồn, mà chính cửa thiêng liêng hằng sống muốn cho có một mực thước, chánh đáng tức nhiên phải xử, phải xử án cuối cùng mới được. | It must be repaid to determine the fate of humanity. If humanity does not repay the principal and interest, it cannot determine its fate. Then the play of the demonic realm, the unfair Buddha realm, has no way to determine the position for the various levels of true souls. But the sacred door of eternal life wants to have a standard, justice, that is, it must judge, it must have the Last Judgment. |
| Nước Việt Nam ta đương tương tàn, tương sát, có lạ chi hơn là tiền án Tây Sơn đối với nhà vua, cái trận đó mà Tây Sơn thế nào thì tấn tuồng ấy phải vay trả đến ngày nay. | Our country of Vietnam is in mutual destruction, mutual killing. | Chúng ta chỉ mừng có một điều là: chúng ta thấy trả nợ đặng, có thể trả nợ đặng là chúng ta thấy nợ giàu sang vinh hiển đến trước mắt chúng ta. | We are only happy about one thing: we see that the debt can be repaid, it is possible to repay the debt, that is, we see the debt of wealth and glory coming before our eyes. |
| Chúng ta thấy trước kia hễ trả xong mối nợ tức nhiên là cái vinh quang giàu có sang trọng đứng trước mắt chúng ta kia, sự đó ngó thấy rồi bất quá là Đức Chí Tôn để cho chúng ta gội rửa cho sạch quả kiếp đặng Ngài tạo địa vị quí trọng, một địa vị vô đối Ngài dành để cho nòi giống Việt Nam mà thôi. | We see that before, once the debt is paid off, that is, the glory, wealth, and luxury stand before our eyes. That sight has already been seen; it is merely that the Supreme Being lets us wash away the karmic fruit so that He can create a precious position, an unparalleled position that He reserves only for the Vietnamese race. |

| Ấy vậy chúng ta đoán rằng: Trong thượng Xuân Nguơn năm Kỷ Sửu nầy chắc hẳn rằng: nó sẽ đem lại cho nòi giống Việt Nam một hạnh phúc mà chúng ta không thể tưởng tượng được. | Therefore, we predict that: In this Upper Spring Cycle of the year of the Earth Ox, it will surely bring to the Vietnamese race a happiness that we cannot imagine. |
