Mấy em, ngày hôm nay là ngày kỷ niệm của Đức Phật Mẫu.

My young ones, today is the commemoration day of the Buddha Mother.

Qua đã nhứt định để cho các gia đình của mấy em hưởng đặc ân của Chí Tôn, để một mình làm chủ một ngày lễ đặng hiểu rằng: Có nhiều lời tâm huyết can đảm, mấy em nam, nữ tức là cha mẹ của đám ấu sinh kia, mấy em đã lãnh trách nhiệm thiêng liêng của Đức Chí Tôn, và Phật Mẫu đã phú thác gởi gấm giao phó cho mấy em, các Đấng chơn linh đến làm Thánh thể của Ngài.

I have decided to let your families enjoy the special grace of the Supreme Being, to have this day of ceremony to yourselves so you may understand: there are many words of heartfelt courage. You men and women, who are the parents of those young children, you have received the sacred responsibility from the Supreme Being and the Buddha Mother, who have entrusted and delivered to you the divine souls who come to be His Divine Body.

Mấy em nam, nữ đã lãnh trách nhiệm trọng yếu mà gìn giữ báu vật của Chí Tôn và Phật Mẫu đã phú thác gởi gấm và giao phó cho.

You men and women have received the important responsibility of guarding the treasures that the Supreme Being and the Buddha Mother have entrusted and delivered to you.

Năm nào Qua cũng căn dặn mấy em.

Every year, I instruct you.

Tuy vẫn trẻ ấu sinh do huyết khí của mấy em tượng nên hình.

Although the young children are formed from your blood and vital energy,

Những chơn linh đó là bạn của mấy em, Đức Chí Tôn phú thác cho mấy em, mấy em nên hiểu rằng: Trước khi Đức Chí Tôn để chơn đến mặt thế này mấy em biết đến với mấy em trước không?

those souls are your companions. The Supreme Being has entrusted them to you. You should understand: before the Supreme Being set foot on this earth, do you know who He came to first?

Qua nói: Ngài đến với mấy em trước.

I say: He came to you first.

Trong Thánh thể đương nhiên giờ phút này Ngài lựa chọn, Qua vẫn biết làm cha trong gia đình khó khăn thế nào?

In the Divine Body at this moment that He has chosen, I still know how difficult it is to be a father in a family.

Qua cũng hiểu cái khổ não của mấy em lo tảo lo tần mà nuôi con cái của mấy em, có ngày Hội Thánh cũng biết.

I also understand the suffering of your constant hard work to raise your children. One day, the Sacerdotal Council will also know.

Qua nói rõ cho mấy em hiểu rằng: Cơ thể hữu vị của Đức Chí Tôn đến đào tạo đây: mấy em có biết để cho ai chăng?

I speak clearly so you may understand: This tangible organization that the Supreme Being has come to create here, do you know who it is for?

Cốt yếu để tạo nghiệp cho mấy em đó vậy.

Primarily, it is to create a legacy for you.

Qua nói cho mấy em hiểu, trừ ra Đền Thánh và các Đền Thờ, Qua không dám nói đến, bởi nó sẽ tượng hình mà gom góp lập thành Chí Thánh.

I tell you so you understand, excluding the Great Divine Temple and the other Temples, which I dare not speak of because they will be the form that gathers to establish the Holy City (Chí Thánh)—

Qua nói của cải đào tạo dành để cho mấy em nuôi con cái của mấy em đó vậy.

I say that the wealth created is reserved for you to raise your children.

Giờ phút nào Qua còn thấy trước mắt Qua mấy em khổ não nhọc nhằn đói khó, Qua có can đảm dỡ từng miếng ngói mà nuôi nó, Qua xin mấy em đừng hất hủi chúng nó để cho trọn vẹn đạo làm cha mẹ, Qua chẳng cần nói mấy em cũng chán biết.

The moment I still see before my eyes your suffering, hardship, and hunger, I have the courage to remove the roof tiles one by one to feed them. I ask that you do not cast them aside, so that you may fulfill the duty of being parents. I do not need to speak for you to already be weary of knowing this.

Qua lặp lại một lần nữa, mấy em có chủ quyền trọn vẹn của mấy em để giáo hóa là do Đức Chí Tôn phú thác đó thôi.

I repeat once more, you have complete authority to educate them, which is entrusted to you by the Supreme Being, that is all.

Ngày giờ nào mấy em không phương lo nuôi không nổi, đem nó cho Qua giao cho Hội Thánh, ngày giờ nào Qua còn sống thì giao lại cho Qua.

When the day comes that you have no means to raise them, bring them to me to hand over to the Sacerd-otal Council. As long as I am still alive, hand them over to me.

Qua cấm hẳn, Qua không chịu để cho nó đói rách.

I strictly forbid it; I will not allow them to be hungry and ragged.

Qua nói cho mấy em hiểu, mấy em phải lấy giọt sữa đạo đức mà nuôi con, hột cơm của mấy em nuôi nó là cơm đạo đức.

I tell you so you may understand: you must use the milk of morality to raise your children. The grains of rice you feed them are grains of moral rice.

Trái lại, nếu mấy em không bảo trọng phận sự của thiêng liêng phú thác, để cho nó hung tàn bạo ngược như kẻ ngoài đời kia thì tội tình của mấy em nơi cửa Ngọc Hư Cung chẳng hề dung thứ.

On the contrary, if you do not protect the sacred duty entrusted to you, if you let them become as cruel and violent as those in the outside world, then your sins at the gate of the Jade Void Palace (Ngọc Hư Cung) will never be forgiven.

Mấy em nên nhớ giờ nào Qua cũng muốn tìm phương thế sang bớt cái nhọc nhằn của mấy em, nào là tạo cơ sở Cô Nhi, tạo Đạo Đức Học Đường, tạo các cơ quan giáo hóa, để giúp mấy em, nhưng trước hết làm Thầy đắc lực hơn hết là mấy em, chớ không phải giáo viên lập được tánh đức của nó, tương lai của nó là do nơi mấy em, phải tạo khuôn luật, cái quyền nghiêm khắc là do nơi gia đình, mà gia đình nào có con hung tàn bạo ngược thì gia đình ấy phải chịu nhọc nhằn.

You should remember, I am always seeking ways to lighten your hardships, such as creating orphanages, creating the Virtue Academy (Đạo Đức Học Đường), and creating various educational bodies to help you. But first and foremost, the most effective teachers are you, not schoolteachers who can establish their moral character. Their future depends on you. You must create the framework of law. The power of strict discipline comes from the family, and any family that has cruel and violent children, that family will have to endure hardship.

Hội Thánh nhứt định sẽ trừng trị, Qua cho biết liệu nuôi nổi thì nuôi, nếu không nuôi nổi thì giao lại cho Qua, chớ không quyền hất hủi nó, điều ấy là điều cần thiết hơn hết.

The Sacerdotal Council is determined to punish. I am letting you know, if you can raise them, then raise them. If you cannot raise them, hand them over to me. You have no right to cast them out. That is the most essential thing.
