| Lại nữa Bần Đạo có phận sự Cố Vấn của Ngài, đương buổi này Ngài phải lo một điều rất trọng hệ là Ngài làm thế nào thâu hoạch cho nền Độc Lập hoàn toàn thống nhứt hoàng đồ. | Furthermore, I have the duty of being his Advisor. | Ngài cố ý để hiển nhiên trước mắt cho toàn nhơn loại ngó thấy Ngài không muốn cho Thánh Thể của Ngài ở trong vòng lệ thuộc nữa. | He intended to make it manifest before the eyes of all humanity that He does not want His Divine Body to remain in servitude. |
| Không lẽ Ông Trời mà chịu làm lệ thuộc cho thiên hạ, nên Ngài mới giao cái sứ mạng cho ta. | It would be unthinkable for God to be a servant to the world. Therefore, He entrusted this mission to us. |
| Lại nữa Thánh Thể của Ngài đã trọn trong sắc dân Việt và giòng máu Việt cái phận sự Thiêng Liêng quí trọng ấy là Ngài giao cho dân Việt và dòng máu Việt. | Furthermore, His Divine Body is completely within the Vietnamese people and the Vietnamese bloodline. That precious Divine duty He entrusted to the Vietnamese people and the Vietnamese bloodline. |
| Cái phận sự Thiêng Liêng quí trọng ấy là Ngài giao cho dân việt thống nhứt hoàng đồ từ Nam chí Bắc để bảo thủ giang sơn thống nhứt mảy may lại. | That precious Divine duty is for the Vietnamese people to unify the Imperial Domain from South to North, to preserve the unified territory completely. |

| Biết bao nhiêu Thánh Tử Đạo họ làm tiền phong đặng bảo vệ sanh mạng tài sản cho chúng ta, đương đầu với sự tàn ác giết chóc của loạn ly. | How many Holy Martyrs have served as the vanguard to protect our lives and property, confronting the cruelty and slaughter of chaos. |
| Vậy mà cả tướng soái của Đạo cả chiến binh của Đạo, họ vẫn hăng hái hy sinh vì nghĩa vụ ấy. | Yet, the generals of the Way and the soldiers of the Way remain eager to sacrifice for that duty. |
| Vì cớ cho nên, họ đã vì phận sự Thiêng Liêng ấy mà bỏ mình, nên Đức Chí Tôn dành để cho họ địa vị Thánh Tử Đạo. | For this reason, because they sacrificed their lives for that Divine duty, the Supreme Being reserved for them the status of Holy Martyrs. |
| Là vì lẽ đó thật cái hy sinh cao thượng ấy chúng ta thử nghĩ lại coi từ cổ chí kim chưa hề có ai làm đặng. | Truly, when we think about it, that noble sacrifice has never been achieved by anyone from ancient times to the present. |
| Giờ phút này Bần Đạo phải tiếp tục làm phận sự Cố Vấn tối cao trong nước Việt Nam cho Hoàng Thượng Bảo Đại. | At this moment, I must continue to perform the duty of Supreme Advisor in Vietnam for His Majesty Bảo Đại. |

| Chỉ lấy cái số mạng làm của sang giàu mà thôi, thì mặc cho ai vì quyền vì lợi họ tranh nhau thây kệ họ, dầu cho Quốc Gia hay Cộng Sản cũng vậy, không còn nghĩa lý gì nữa. | If they only take the destiny of the nation as a means for wealth and power, then let whoever fights for power and profit do as they please, be they Nationalists or Communists, it no longer has any meaning. |

| Bần Đạo đã dạy về lẽ đó rồi: Vì thấy một người anh thật thà chơn chất bị một đứa em mình xảo quyệt gian dối nó đã ăn qua mặt và hiếp bức nên chúng ta binh đó thôi. | I have already taught about this principle: Because we see an honest and simple brother being taken advantage of and oppressed by a cunning and deceitful sibling, we defend him, that is all. |
