I wish to express my thanks to all the temporal guests and spiritual Dignitaries present here, whose attendance has added to the solemnity of this ceremony. Therefore, the future happiness that you will bring to your race and your Fatherland is assured. And I declare with conviction: You will succeed and you will be completely victorious. |

They know the reasons for success and failure, for victory and defeat. They know how ardent the patriotic spirit of your race is. The nation of France will sincerely help you to fulfill your Divine duty completely and perfectly. |
