| Sau nữa Bần Đạo có mấy lời thống thiết ngỏ cùng toàn thể quốc dân. | Furthermore, I have a few poignant words to address to the entire nation. |
| Trót mười năm quật cường giải ách lệ thuộc, thâu hoạch độc lập cho tổ quốc giống nòi thì toàn thể đồng bào đã góp vào biết bao nhiêu xương máu và đau khổ. | For ten full years of indomitable struggle to lift the yoke of servitude and regain independence for the fatherland and the race, all our compatriots have contributed so much blood and suffering. |
| Lập trường tranh đấu thâu hoạch cho kỳ đặng hạnh phúc tự do cơm áo của nòi giống sau 80 năm đô hộ, đã khiến cho lòng ái quốc nồng nàn của mỗi công dân Việt Nam để tâm vào một chí hướng là Độc Lập và Thống Nhứt nong sông. | The standpoint of struggling to finally achieve happiness, freedom, and sustenance for the race after 80 years of domination has caused the ardent patriotism of every Vietnamese citizen to focus on one aspiration: Independence and the Unification of the country. |

| Đau đớn thay nạn tương tàn tương sát đã xảy ra cũng do nơi định nghĩa bất đồng của các phương pháp và danh từ tranh đấu. | How painful that the calamity of mutual slaughter has occurred also because of the differing definitions of the methods and terminologies of struggle. |

| Phải chăng cho Tổ Quốc và cho toàn thể đồng bào thì lý ra chẳng lẽ có một nguyên cớ nào làm cho nòi giống Việt nầy chia phân cho đặng. | Is it not for the Fatherland and for all compatriots? Then logically, there should be no reason to divide this Vietnamese race. |
| Chủng tộc duy có một thì Hoàng Đồ chỉ có một. | There is but one race, and thus only one Imperial Domain. |
| Rồi ta lại thử hỏi: Ai đã gây nên nội loạn ly tán giống nòi? Phải chăng vì năng lực ngoại bang đã gây nạn phân chia tộc chủng. | Then let us ask again: Who has caused this internal chaos and racial division? Is it not because of the power of foreign nations that the calamity of racial division has occurred? |

| Hai lý thuyết ấy đều hứa hẹn rằng nhân loại phải duy tân và cải tổ xã hội, vì tổ chức xã hội đương nhiên đã gây thất vọng cho nhân loại quá nhiều nên đem lại cho họ nhiều đau thảm hơn là hạnh phúc. | Both theories promise that humanity must modernize and reform society, because the current social organization has caused too much disappointment for humanity, bringing them more tragedy than happiness. |
| Đôi bên đều hứa hẹn tìm một phương pháp sửa chữa đặng tìm cái hay trừ cái dở, lời hứa hẹn ấy đã thấm nhuần trong trí não đau khổ của nhân loại nhất là hạng bần dân và các quốc gia lạc hậu đều mong ước chóng được thực hiện điều ấy. | Both sides promise to find a method of correction, to seek the good and eliminate the bad. This promise has permeated the suffering minds of humanity, especially the poor and the underdeveloped nations, who all wish for this to be realized quickly. |

| Hại nỗi, hạnh phúc đâu chẳng thấy, chỉ gây cho nhân loại một tấm thảm kịch tương sát, tương tàn. | The trouble is, happiness is nowhere to be seen; they only cause humanity a tragedy of mutual slaughter and destruction. |
| Ta nên để đức tin cho thời gian và không gian định nên hư của họ, nhưng hiển nhiên hôm nay ta chịu biết bao nhiêu đau khổ. | We should leave our faith to time and space to determine their success or failure, but evidently, today we endure so much suffering. |
| Ta muốn cho vay đặng hưởng lợi, mà lợi đâu chẳng thấy vì hứa hẹn ấy chỉ với lỗ miệng, không bảo kê, không chứng chắc mà giờ phút nầy ta bị lỗ vốn một cách đau đớn và oan uổng. | We want to lend in order to gain profit, but profit is nowhere to be seen because that promise was only from the mouth, without guarantee, without certification, and at this moment we are suffering a painful and unjust loss of capital. |
| Cuộc chạy theo bóng bỏ hình của nòi giống Việt Nam từ xưa đã vậy; nó đã làm nên bịnh chủng tộc. | The pursuit of shadows over substance by the Vietnamese race has been so since ancient times; it has become a racial disease. |
| Đồng bào sẽ hỏi Bần Đạo dùng phương pháp nào để trừ hại thì Bần Đạo chỉ trả lời một cách đơn giản như thế này. | Compatriots will ask me what method to use to eliminate this harm; I will answer simply like this: |
| – Ngày nào cả chủng tộc Việt Nam đặng định tỉnh trong Quốc hồn của họ thì họ mới có thể cố thủ và bảo vệ sanh tồn của họ. | – The day the entire Vietnamese race becomes calm and settled within their National Soul, only then can they defend and protect their survival. |
| – Ngày nào lòng ái quốc nồng nàn của nước Việt Nam thoát khỏi lợi dụng đặng biến thành một ngọn lửa thiêng dâng lên bàn thờ Tổ Quốc của họ thì họ mới bảo thủ được trọn vẹn Hoàng Đồ cùng tộc chủng. | – The day the ardent patriotism of Vietnam escapes exploitation and transforms into a sacred flame offered upon the altar of their Fatherland, only then can they fully preserve their Imperial Domain and race. |

| Tình thế đương nhiên là Bắc Việt đã bị lệ thuộc của Trung Cộng, còn Nam thì bị sống gởi nơi tay người, thì kiếp số tương lai của ta chưa biết nương nơi đâu mà an đặng. | The current situation is that North Vietnam is subjugated by Communist China, while the South lives by relying on the hands of others; thus, we do not know where our future destiny can find peace. |
| Nếu tình thế này mà kéo dài tới mãi thì hòa bình của họ đã hứa hẹn cùng ta thì là mộng ảo. | If this situation prolongs forever, the peace they promised us is but a dream. |
| Bần Đạo ước mong và cầu xin cho toàn thể đồng bào sáng suốt hơn đặng tự định số mạng và tương lai của mình. | I hope and pray that all compatriots will be wiser in determining their own destiny and future. |

| Cái nạn qua phân lãnh thổ, Bần Đạo nói sẽ làm cho nhơn loại đau khổ và nguy hiểm không thể tưởng tượng vì năng lực tàn phá của võ khí tối tân nhứt là bom nguyên tử. | The calamity of territorial division, I say, will cause unimaginable suffering and danger to humanity due to the destructive power of modern weapons, especially atomic bombs. |
| Nếu nhơn loại không rán sức đem hòa bình hạnh phúc do con đường thiêng liêng của Đức Chí Tôn đã đến thì nhơn loại sẽ bị tiêu diệt. | If humanity does not strive to bring peace and happiness through the divine path that the Supreme Being has brought, humanity will be annihilated. |
| Nhơn loại mắc nạn tiêu diệt ấy là do tội tình của họ. | Humanity suffers this annihilation because of their own sins. |
| Một điều Bần Đạo nói cho nước Pháp biết rằng: “Sắc dân này không quen chịu lệ thuộc, cả sự tranh đấu đặng giải ách lệ thuộc của họ đối với nòi giống Trung Quốc buổi nọ không ai cản họ được. | One thing I tell France to know is this: “This people is not accustomed to servitude. Their struggle to lift the yoke of servitude against the Chinese race in the past—no one could stop them. |
| Hốt Tất Liệt thâu cả Hoàng đồ bên Âu Châu, đặt gót tới Việt Nam bị thảm bại”. | Kublai Khan conquered the imperial domains of Europe, but when he set foot in Vietnam, he suffered a disastrous defeat.” |
| Bần Đạo xin hai chánh phủ phải hiệp với nhau làm một và toàn thể quốc dân Việt Nam không phân biệt đảng phái, Tôn Giáo phải hiệp nhau làm một đừng chia đôi ra. | I ask that the two governments unite as one, and that the entire Vietnamese nation, without distinction of party or religion, must unite as one, not divide in two. |
| Bần Đạo cầu xin họ sáng suốt đặng định tương lai mình, do mình vi chủ không muốn cầu ai. | I pray that they may be wise to determine their own future, being their own masters, not wanting to beg from anyone. |
| Nhứt là nước Việt Nam nhờ Pháp nói với Mỹ – nước Việt Nam đã đánh đổ quyền hành của Pháp, không muốn quyền hành nào thay thế là vậy. | Especially Vietnam, asking France to speak to America—Vietnam has overthrown French authority, and thus does not want any other authority to replace it. |
