| Khi chưa đến hạn bắt đầu thực hiện công việc thì người hứa thưởng có quyền rút lại tuyên bố hứa thưởng của mình. Việc rút lại tuyên bố hứa thưởng phải được thực hiện theo cách thức và trên phương tiện mà việc hứa thưởng đã được công bố. | A promissor may withdraw its promise of a reward at any time prior to the commencement of the performance of the act. A withdrawal of a promise of reward must be made in the same manner and by the same media in which the promise of reward was announced. |

| 1. Trường hợp một công việc được hứa thưởng do một người thực hiện thì khi công việc hoàn thành, người thực hiện công việc đó được nhận thưởng. | 1. Where a person performs an act for which a reward is promised, that person shall be given the reward upon completion of the act. |
| 2. Khi một công việc được hứa thưởng do nhiều người cùng thực hiện nhưng mỗi người thực hiện độc lập với nhau thì người hoàn thành đầu tiên được nhận thưởng. | 2. Where several persons perform an act for which a reward is promised, concurrently but independently, the person having first completed the act shall be given the reward. |

Where more than one person complete, at the same time, an act for which a reward is promised, the reward shall be distributed in equal shares amongst such persons. |

Organization of a cultural, artistic, sports, scientific, technical or other competition shall not violate prohibitions of law and contravene social morals. |
| 2. Người tổ chức các cuộc thi phải công bố điều kiện dự thi, thang điểm, các giải thưởng và mức thưởng của mỗi giải. | 2. A person organizing the competition must announce publicly the terms of participation, the scale of marks, the prizes and the value of each prize. |
| Việc thay đổi điều kiện dự thi phải được thực hiện theo cách thức đã công bố trong một thời gian hợp lý trước khi diễn ra cuộc thi. | Any alteration of the terms of participation must be announced in the manner in which the competition was announced, within a reasonable period of time prior to the competition being conducted. |
