| Chí-Tôn hứa với loài người, Ngài sẽ đến giao nền Chơn Đạo dạy dỗ với sự chơn thật cho con cái của Ngài, dựa theo chơn-lý, dùng lý-trí đặng tiềm tàng hiểu biết tận tường chơn-lý ấy. | The Supreme Being promised humanity that He would reveal the True Path to His children and teach them the truth. This Path would be based on true principles and utilize reason and logic to help them understand this truth deeply. |
| Hôm thứ hai tuần rồi, Bần-Đạo đặng nghe trong máy truyền-thanh, Liên-Hiệp-Quốc đã hội hiệp nhau trù hoạch phương-châm lập chánh-trị hoàn-cầu, chẳng những thống-nhứt cả quốc gia làm một, mà còn qui tụ nòi giống loài người làm một. | Last Monday, I heard on the radio that the United Nations had met to plan a global political system. They not only want to unify all nations into one, but also to unite all human races into one. |
| Luận-thuyết ấy có đủ lời lẽ rất nên hiển-nhiên để lập một nền chánh-trị có hiến-pháp có chánh giới, có quân-bị, đủ như nền chánh-trị quốc-gia kia vậy. | Their argument is full of very obvious reasons to establish a political system with a constitution, a government, and a military, just like a national political system. |
| Vị đề-xướng suy-luận rằng: cả loài người còn mơ hồ nói không thể nào đạt đến dặng. | The speaker argued that it is still a dream for all humans to say that it is impossible to achieve. |
| Nhưng họ phải nghĩ lại như buổi trước kia, nếu nói người ta lấy nước có thể vận-hành cả địa-cầu thay đổi, ta không tin, bây giờ đã có chiến-hạm chở nổi 80.000 tấn chạy cùng khắp trên mặt biển. | But they should think back to before. If someone said that water could be used to operate the entire planet, we would not believe it. But now there are battleships that can carry 80,000 tons and travel all over the ocean. |

| Trước kia vô-tuyến-điện , và loài người bay và nghe thấy được dọ dẵm trên không trung. | Before, there was no radio, and now people can fly and hear sounds in the air. |
| Thiên-hạ không tin, thì ngày nay nó đã hiện tướng mà loài người đã đạt đến, Bần-Đạo tin chắc-chắn rằng: Họ sẽ thành-tựu mà lời hứa Chí-Tôn sẽ hẳn đúng. | The world did not believe it, but today it has become a reality that humans have achieved. I firmly believe that they will succeed, and that the promise of the Supreme Being will surely come true. |
| Chí-Tôn đến dặng hiệp con cái lại làm một nhà của Ngài. | The Supreme Being comes to unite His children into one family. |
| Trong Thánh-ngôn Ngài còn quả-quyết đó, Ngài đến tạo ra tân thế-giới làm cho nhơn-loại đại-đồng. | In His Holy Words, He also affirms that He will come to create a new world and bring about the great harmony of humanity. |
| Nếu sự tiềm-tàng sắp đặt không đặng kết-liễu thì Chí-Tôn sẽ thất hứa với con cái của Ngài mà chớ ! | If the hidden preparations cannot be completed, then the Supreme Being will have broken His promise to His children! |
| Bần-Đạo dám chắc rằng: Ngài không bao-giờ thất hứa, vì đã được 99 điều rồi Ngài đã thật-hành vẹn hứa, không lẽ còn một điều nữa mà Ngài làm không đặng. | I dare say that He will never break His promise, because He has already fulfilled 99 of them, and it is not reasonable that He would not be able to fulfill the last one. |

| Có hai luật : Hữu-tướng (Loi de relativité physique) và Vô-tướng (Loi de relavité spirituelle) tương-đối khắp cả Càn-Khôn Vũ-trụ nầy. | There are two laws: the law of physical relativity and the law of spiritual relativity. These two laws are relative to the entire universe. |
| Do luật thiên-nhiên ấy tạo thành Càn Khôn, Xã-hội nhơn-quần; dầu cho xã-hội, cá-nhân nào cũng phải chịu dưới luật tương-đối ấy, dầu cả nhơn-sanh hay chúng ta cũng vậy, đều chịu ảnh-hưởng của thất tình. | It is by this natural law that the universe and human society are created. Every society and individual must be subject to this law of relativity, even all humans and ourselves, are all affected by the seven emotions. |
| Hình ảnh thật hiện con Thất-đầu-xà mà ta thấy là hình-ảnh của người đó vậy, bảy mối tâm-lý ấy tạo nên hình tướng loài người, là do bảy mối tình : Hể có hỉ mới có nộ, có ai mới có lạc, có ái mới có ố, duy có cái dục đứng chánh quyền quyết-định mà thôi, mà dục có thể dục cho ố, cho nộ, cho ái, cho ai, cho lạc được Nó có lập trường đặc-sắc đủ quyền điều-khiển. | The true image of the seven-headed serpent that we see is the image of that person. These seven psychological factors create the human form, which is caused by the seven emotions: joy, anger, sadness, happiness, love, hate, and desire. Only desire stands as the supreme authority and makes decisions. Desire can lead to hatred, anger, love, sadness, and happiness. It has a unique position and full authority to control. |
| Ấy là hình tướng thiên-nhiên của Tạo-đoan, nên Chí-Tôn nói có âm ắt có dương, có nóng ắt có lạnh. | This is the natural image of Creation, so the Supreme Being says that there is always yin and yang, hot and cold. |
| Nếu có âm mà thiếu dương là mặt trời thì bảy địa-cầu (Sysstème planètaire) và cả nhơn-loại trên mặt địa-cầu nầy chưa chắc gì mà còn sống. | If there is yin but no yang, which is the sun, then the seven planets and all humanity on this planet may not survive. |
| Nếu có mặt trời mà không có mặt trăng, là không âm, thì cả vạn-vật và loài người không còn, nghĩa là nếu không có âm dương thì không có Càn-Khôn Vũ-Trụ. | If there is a sun but no moon, which is no yin, then all things and humans will no longer exist. In other words, if there is no yin and yang, then there is no universe. |
| Luật tương đối tạo-đoan Càn-Khôn Thế-giới dầu hữu-tướng hay vô-hình cũng vậy, có nên ắt có hư, có đặng ắt có thất, có thắng ắt có bại, có mạnh yếu tất nhiên có hiền dữ, lẽ tư-nhiên luật tương-đối phải vậy, đời vẫn hung tàn bạo ngược vô đạo đăng chi ? | The law of relativity that created the universe, whether physical or invisible, is the same. If there is existence, there must be destruction. If there is gain, there must be loss. If there is victory, there must be defeat. If there is strength and weakness, there must be good and evil. This is the natural law of relativity. Why is the world still full of violence, cruelty, and immorality? |
| Đặng sản xuất luật tương-đối tức nhiên là hửu Đạo, phải có luật tương-đối đặng nó trở lại thiên-lương nhơn-đức. | The creation of the law of relativity means that there is a Way (Tao). There must be a law of relativity for it to return to the natural goodness and humaneness. |
| Chí-Tôn để cho loài người một địa-điểm dữ-tợn không biết trời, không biết đất, sắp đặt có hung ác, có hiền lành , thì cái lành ấy Chí-Tôn giao cho ai ? | The Supreme Being has placed humanity in a dangerous place where they do not know heaven or earth, and has arranged for there to be both evil and good.Who does the Supreme Being entrust with this good? |
| Bởi luật ấy rất công-bằng, tội phải trả, hiền thì đặng hưởng, quyền-năng thiêng-liêng vô-hình nắm vận-mạng cả loài người và càn-khôn thế-giới, vốn một mặt luật, chẳng vậy thì chúng ta chỉ làm lành mà chi ? | Because the law is very fair, the guilty must be punished and the good must be rewarded. The invisible divine power controls the fate of all humanity and the universe. It is all based on the law. Otherwise, why would we only do good? |
| Đạo khổ thảm không hưởng chi hết, còn ác thì nó sang-trong vinh-hiển, thì cái sống nầy không có luật công-bình chi cả. | The suffering and misery of the Way would not be worth anything. On the other hand, if the evil are rich and powerful, then there is no justice in this life. |
| Vì cớ mà triết-lý Bác-sĩ Stem nói : luật tương-đối có quyền-năng định vận-mang toàn-cầu xã-hội. | That is why the philosopher Dr. Stem said that the law of relativity has the power to determine the fate of the global society. |
| Ngài chỉ nói đến luật hũu-vi của nó, còn luật vô-hình Ngài không luận được. | He only spoke of its physical law, but he did not discuss the invisible law. |
| Nếu có hữu-tướng và hiện-hửu thì cũng do nơi một cái quyền-lực nào mới được. | If there are inherited talents and present abilities, it is also due to some form of authority. |
| Hung ác lập lập nên bá-chủ hoàn-cầu nầy, là vì đời không có cái tương-đối ấy, nên quyền năng lành trừ diệt nó không đặng , thành thử nó cứ làm dữ mãi. | Cruelty has established itself as the ruler of this entire world, because in the absence of that relative notion, righteous power cannot effectively eradicate it, allowing it to perpetuate its malevolence. |
| Cả thiên-hạ đều dữ, dữ nên sống, nhưng cái dữ ấy có quyền hạn-định phải tiêu-diệt. | The entire populace is tainted with malevolence, as malevolence is inherent in existence, but that malevolence with defined authority must be eradicated. |
| Cả toàn cầu đương-nhiên của hai khối cọng-sản và quốc-gia, hiện nay trên mặt địa cầu gần phân nữa theo quốc-gia cho vừa mức cân phân, nữa hiền nữa dữ là tại cọng-sản quá bạo ngược , nên phải lấy hiền sửa dữ kia. | The current global landscape, naturally divided between the two blocs of communism and nations, now leans almost evenly towards national interests, seeking a balanced distribution, while the other part, torn between benevolence and malevolence, suffers due to the excessive aggression of communism, thus necessitating the rectification of that malevolence with benevolence. |
