The Buddha-Mother is the Mother of the body, giving us the point of energy. The visible parents, obeying the Buddha-Mother, created the flesh and body we have now. However, the power over our physical form belongs to the Buddha-Mother. |

I can testify that the qualities of Buddha-Mother are exactly the same as the qualities of the a physical mother, but with a greater degree of love and protectiveness. |
| Chúng ta khi vào Đại-điện của Chí-Tôn tức là Cửu-Trùng-Thiên đó, đứng trong hàng phẩm Cửu-Thiên Khai-Hoá có trật-tự phẩm-vị quyền-hành, hạng thứ nên phải mặc thiên-phục vào chầu, còn vào Đền thờ Phật-Mẫu đều phải bạch-y tất cả, dầu cho Giáo-Tông hay Hộ-Pháp cũng phải cổi thiên-phục để ở ngoài, hỏi tại sao phải như vậy ? | When we enter the Main Hall of the Supreme Being, which is also known as the Nine Heavens, we stand in the ranks of the Nine Heavens' Opening and Transformation, which have a hierarchical order of power and rank. However, when entering the Temple of the Buddha Mother, everyone must wear white robes, even the Giao Tong (Pope) and the Ho Phap (Dharma Protector/Guardian of the Law) must take off their celestial robes and leave them outside. Why is this so? |
| Lấy tánh-đức thường tình của một Bà Mẹ không có gì lạ, ta thấy vì trong một gia-đình kia dầu rân-rát, một người dầu quyền cao tước trọng, dầu làm quan-Toà, quan Tham-Biện hay Tể-Tướng đi nửa mà bước vào nhà còn làm Tể-Tướng thì Ba Mẹ lại không ưa lại thêm phiền luỵ, làm quan với ai kia, chớ về nhà làm Quan với gia đình à! | It is based on the ordinary nature of a mother. It's not surprising. In a family, even if there is tension, if someone with high rank and title, such as a judge, advisor, or prime minister, walks into the house still acting like a high official, the mother might not be happy and feel additional burden. They are an official to others, but at home, they are not an official to the family! |
| Oai quyền với thiên hạ ở ngoài kia chớ ở đây không thể làm oai Quyền với Mẹ được, dầu bực nào cũng vậy vẫn là con mà thôi, mấy chi hiểu chưa? | Their authority lies outside with the world, but here they cannot exert their authority over their mother. You may be powerful and influential in the outside world, but you cannot act that way here with Mother. No matter what rank you are, you are still her child. Do you understand? |

| Phật-Mẫu sợ Chí Tôn tạo Đạo không nên phải tái kiếp, nên Bà phải cho theo xuống Thập-Nhị Thời-Quân, phẩm tước cao trọng thay, nhưng không có gì trước mắt Phật-Mẫu, tất cả con cái của Người vinh-hiển sang trọng đến đâu, Người càng rầu càng lo sợ, e sang trọng ắt tự kiêu, biết đâu không hại cho tương lai vô biên của họ vì quyền tước. | The Mother Buddha feared that the Supreme Being would not succeed in establishing the Way, He would have to reincarnate. Therefore, she had to send down the Twelve Lords of the Zodiac. Even with such high ranks and titles, it means nothing in the eyes of the Buddha-Mother. No matter how glorious or distinguished her children become, she worries and fears that their high position might lead to arrogance, which could potentially harm their infinite future because of their titles. |
| Cả thảy lấy triết-lý ấy để răn mình. Còn bây giờ Bần-Đạo phải kết luận như sau đây: Về tới cửa của Mẹ rồi, coi như đồng sanh, đồng tử, cốt nhục tương thân, đừng để tâm khinh-trọng tôn-ti, làm mất khuôn-mẫu của Mẹ hằng mong ước, cả thảy nam nữ cũng vậy phẩm vị bên Cửu-Thiên Khai-Hoá không giống như ở đây, mấy em dầu có tâm thương mến ở bên kia cũng phải nhớ nơi bà Mẹ, ở sao cho xứng đáng là con đối với Mẹ, là anh em đối với anh em cốt nhục của mình chung một gia-đình, là phải Đạo. | This philosophy serves as a reminder to all of us. Now, I must conclude as follows: When you return to the door of your Mother, consider yourselves all to be born on the same day, children of the same parents, with a deep connection of flesh and blood. Do not harbor thoughts of disrespect or hierarchy, as this disrupts the order that the Mother constantly wishes for. This applies to both men and women. Your ranks in the Nine Heavens' Opening and Transformation are not the same as those here. Even if you have feelings of affection for someone on the other side, you must remember your place at your Mother's side. You must behave in a way that is worthy of being a child to your Mother and a brother or sister to your flesh and blood siblings, all within the same family. This is the way of the Dao. |
